Dr. Wan Hilya Munira binti Mustapha completed her undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Medicine and  Bachelor of Surgery in University Malaya. She is currently one of the leading medical officers in the  Division of Human Reproduction at the National Population and Family Development Board (LPPKN). 

Dr. Wan Hilya Munira is actively involved as speaker for various events for healthcare professionals as  well as the public. She specializes in issues surrounding family planning, contraceptives and relevant  issues regarding sexual health. 

She also was featured in various media articles covering reproductive health and women health issues.  She has also co-authored various publications under the auspices of LPPKN across family planning,  cancer and maternal-fetal healthcare.
