Yes. International delegates can either take taxi directly to the hotel or you can take the train (KLIA transit) to Putrajaya Sentral, our team will pick you there)

You can choose international Package A which include accommodation together with the registration fee.

As an alternative, you can also choose not to stay at the conference hotel and find you own accommodation by choosing Package B or C. However, no ground transport to the conference hotel will be provided

Visa application is the responsibility of each delegates. Once you registered for the conference, the secretariat will assist you to get an invitation letter and other supporting documents from the hotel and the organizer to assist in your visa application process.

You can choose Package A, which will include a standard twin/double bed room. Your spouse doesn’t have to register or pay any additional charges for the accommodation. But the hotel bookings only include breakfast for 2 persons. No other meals included.

You may choose Package A, which will include accommodation, and your spouse may choose Package B or C, for the conference registration.
