Introduction

**Ustaz Mohamad Abdul Kadir Sahak** is a distinguished Islamic scholar and the current **Head of the Istibat and Buhuth Division** at the Department of Mufti, Perlis. Ustaz Mohamad Abdul Kadir holds a Diploma in Syariah Studies from Dar Al-Hikmah College, Kajang, and a Bachelor's Degree in Fiqh and Usul Fiqh from the International University of Madinah (MEDIU). Currently, he is advancing his academic pursuits with a Master's degree in Fiqh at the Islamic University of Malaysia (UIM). His scholarly contributions are well-recognized, with articles published in reputable magazines such as *Majalah I* and *Majalah DIAN*, covering diverse topics from the afterlife to ethical living.
