Introduction

Professor Dato' Dr Hj Abdul Razak Abdul Muttalif obtained his master's degree in respiratory medicine from the Royal Brompton Hospital, London, United Kingdom in 1995. During his distinguished career, Dr Razak has been an invited speaker at numerous symposia, continuing medical education programmed and conferences across Malaysia. He has presented several papers at national and international conferences and participated actively in clinical trials and epidemiological studies. His work has also appeared in numerous international and Malaysian journals including New England Journal of Medicine, Chest, Respirology, Journal of Public Health, and Malaysian Journal of Public Health, and Malaysian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences. After serving the Ministry of Health, Malaysia for 35 years, he joined MAHSA University in 2017 as lecturer and Professor and Medicine.
